Nota d'usoIn inglese ci sono due modi per tradurre la parola febbre: “temperature” e “fever”. “Temperature” è il termine più usato e si riferisce a un'alterazione di lieve-media intensità: Ho la febbre, I've got a temperature (non I have got the fever). “Fever” viene usato per indicare una febbre molto alta, spesso accompagnata da delirio, oltre che per indicare malattie specifiche: yellow fever, febbre gialla; Il bambino aveva la febbre alta, the baby had a fever.
